The project, commissioned by West Philadelphia Real Estate, has achieved certification under the DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes program and the USGBC's LEED BD+C Homes v4 program. The project offers a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, allowing for a diverse range of residential opportunities for equitable, all-electric, climate-conscious living.
