Scattered across thirteen sites along the 60th Street commercial corridor, this Pennsylvania Housing Financing Agency (PHFA)-funded project infills vacant lots with 30 energy-efficient affordable housing units and 3 commercial units in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia. The project, commissioned by West Philadelphia Real Estate, has achieved certification under the DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes program and the USGBC's LEED BD+C Homes v4 program.  The project offers a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, allowing for a diverse range of residential opportunities for equitable, all-electric, climate-conscious living.
