This 9-unit, mixed-use, multi-family infill project in East Kensington is built as a series of boxy volumes nesting into each other, set back from their neighbor to allow for a series of shared outdoor spaces. A super-insulated, airtight building envelope encloses eight day-lit apartments and one AirBnB unit.
