STRETCH  SERIES

This prototype for speculative housing in Philadelphia's East Kensington neighborhood can be replicated, reconfigured and ‘stretched’ to fit a variety of infill lots. Building upon the basic economy of a ‘kit of parts’ project approach, an adaptable floor plan and interchangeable exterior materials gives each successive model its own voice.
